He's three feet inside the outer white line from what I can see on my little phone, which means he's going 20+ mph, in my opinion. Even if he's going 10-15 mph he's cutting the turn faster than he needs to in order to hold that line.

In an uneducated opinion, the trailer tipped BEFORE the load securement and dunage failed. 9 x 5K straps on a 30 k sounds reasonable, assuming the dunnage is placed right.

Wow that is bad. 15 mph in that roundabout is way too fast. Probably what happened is he pulled into the roundabout straight and at the last second when he turned to make the wide trailer swing to avoid hitting anything, it whipped a bit and since it was top heavy, the laws of physics came into play. His strap job looked fine, but I would have used chains and oak dunnage.

I'm thinking speed was the main factor, but not only that let's get out of the truck and make sure we make a YouTube video of it to get those views. I do about 4 or 5 roundabouts a day, and imho unless your empty 15 mph is flying around em. It pisses people off but 10mph is to fast sometimes, top heavy load like that all it would take is 15mph once your first trailer tire touches the center curb, she is going over

The Roundabout salesmen down South sold these towns some pretty roundabouts.
Landscaped with high curb and water drainage boxes in just the right place to cut a trailer tire.
Not wide enough to just drive through.

That particular roundabout has plenty of room on the inside, except that it has mountable curbs which are probably 6" or so higher than the lane. A bit too much speed anong with the inside axle tires being elevated on the curb seems to be the likely culprit to me.

They all should have that style curb on the inside, the single lane roundabouts you are more than likely getting trailer tires up on that, when your tires get up on those it throws your center of balance off and his was high to begin with. If it was a two lane roundabout than he could have avoided the center, but there can not be anyone next to you when you do.
