No problem. He had straps in the winches. If any problems developed he can always throw a strap.

Perhaps he thought having a butt load of pipe stakes count as securement?

Well, there is a bungee cord "chain" going over the pipes about 1/2 way down...
And the concrete blocks have an edge protector on the single strap. That maks it good, right?

 

Zoom in I think there is one narrow piece of banding. Banding it to trailer. Now that's still not ok.

 

Banding was just around the pipe, I had seen it & thought the same, but it was loose n the end was dragging down by the tire.

 

Saw this on 20 east heading into Atlanta this morning. God knows you never have to make a sudden stop in Atlanta traffic right?

 

Let's see, no bulkhead, no blocking, no cinch strap, what could possibly go wrong?
