    Looks like a mexican hauler. about the kind of job you'd expect from 'em. They're gonna wreck it more if they wrench down hard on the strap over the hood and crack it. Them hoods aint cheap.

    Since the load is farm machinery they don't need an oversize permit? Was the semi farm exempt? or was it a outside hauler?

    In addition to what Tb0n3 points out, if he doesn't need any straps, then why does he have one? That Landoll, doesn't show having the side container locks, which is why I suspect he has that strap, even if he has it on the winch or chain, which I can't see a chain tract, so I suspect if anything it's a cable winch, the cable winch doesn't qualify as a restraining device.

    Yeah but you had to see the full flowmotion to appreciate it. The tarp over the top had to be 2 feet above the freight judging by the undulations
