I can watch Pee Wee's Big Adventure and say every line from every character. I still watch that movie all the time

Wife and I play a game…. Dead or alive, where we see an obscure “celebrity” and ask that, so with that being said, is ol pee-wee alive or dead? I know there is google, but it’s more fun to try to guess the correct answer

 

I seem to recall that we lost him a couple years back

 

Yea, he died back in summer of 2023. Hard to believe he was about 70 years old. Hadn't seen a picture of him maybe being past 45-50 years old

Edit to add: He actually cameo'd in ALOT of things in the 2000's. I remember he had a funny role as Amy's brother on Everybody Loves Raymond. He also played on at least 1 episode of Reno 911.

He played in the movie "Blow"...which if im not mistaken starred Johnny Depp. He was actually a pretty good actor. I hate that he's only remembered for his dark moments in life.

 

Peewee Herman.. He got caught doing something creepy and very embarrassing,..tame compared to god knows what is walking around us now.

I has no idea Peewee had a huge fan club in here!

 

I don't have to Google. He died recently I think. After he got busted, the last thing I think he was in was Buffy the Vampire Slayer - Movie, I could be wrong, but it's the only thing I remember seeing him in after that. Big Adventure was such a clown show it was funny in a stupid way, but funny...and then the laughing stopped after the bust. I can't ever hear the 'Tequila' song any more without thinking about that darn movie.

 

He died a few years back
