    Ran out of straps...
    Had a guy loading super sacks of cement in front of me.
    Not enough straps so he just left two rows in the middle with out..
    And the shipper let him roll....

    Talking about multiple machines I saw an "oversize" banner on a truck with multiple backhoes. Didn't look over width. I wonder if he got a non-divisible permit for a divisible load.

    The divisible/non-divisible aspect typically pertains to overweight permits, not oversized.

    In my mis-spendt youth I hauled more than one load of structural steel where only one piece was oversized but had 30 or more pieces on the load. I even had loads that were multiple drops that had some oversized pieces on the load. These loads were always permitted from shipper to receiver of the O/S piece.
