The load riding and it being legal are two completely separate things.

 

If you want to throw 13 or 14 straps on a load of shrink wrapped palletized salt that has to be tarped anyway then more power to you. I’d strap every other row. But the way I see people tarping these days they probably do require a strap or two on every pallet.

I just looked, outer bridge for 129k with 8 axles would be 110'. I didn't bother doing the off-track calculator hahaha!

 

I don't guess there are any 129 roads in your neck of the woods, or does 95 qualify?
