You know everyone has an opinion and much like certain body parts they usually stink. that being said training companies are just that ! most don't really expect you to stay around forever they would like it, but they don't expect it. So as one person said find the one that gives you what you need deal for a year and get on down the road.

System Transport in Cheney, WA has a certain school they use. Check their website about it. Interstate Distributor in Tacoma,WA & a terminal in Wilsonville, OR uses the same school.

    Also good schools:
    Roehl
    FFE
    Swift
    Stevens

the company i worked for before i retired, just would not hire you unless you had 15-20 years. was not written down anyplace they just would not hire new drivers. good pay, nice trucks, home every weekend, no fighting, no oops in the yard, and our accident score was real low. only took me 20 years to find a job like that. b safe

I would pick the one closest to your house.I started with werener and everytime the truck needed work my trainer would take it near my house so I could hop in my car and go home til truck was done.the first year is the roughest. If you can hang in there until then you'll be ok

The law of averages and statistics also dictates that if a company has a 150% turnover rate it is a terrible place to work at.
