That reminds me, I need to get some curb feelers.

    Rookie rods for serious bikers?
    Protects those white-wall tires.
Nothin' says novice like curb scuffs on white-walls.
Have you considered a Texas bumper?
Keeps critter splatter off the chrome and polished engine parts. :laughing-guffaw:

Not quite on the subject of Jakes, but for the 4-wheelers.

Don't you hate it when you hear a really loud V-8 popping off,

you think somebody's brought out their vintage 68 Chevelle with glass packs and a butterfly hood scoop on top of a holly-edlebrock.

Only see a POS Dodge Ram with loud pipes, a lift kit and spinners?

Sheesh I was hoping I'd see some sort of Bill Mitchell Corvette.

From the sound of it, it must notta been as much of a POS as you described if it fooled you into thinkin it was some badash, vintage chibby corvette. I had quite a few people think a dodge ram I once owned had some wicked exhaust system when all it had was straight pipe on it.

I just love the huge jacked up 4x4's with the loud pipes that sound like they are really flying, and you look up and they are barely outrunning their own shadow.:biggrin_25523:
