    Interesting how someone told me on here 'oh, just be honest,...that's what they like. It shouldn't be a proble. I know someone with a rap sheet as long as your arm...and NOW he is a O/O ". I even explained how the points i got were for when my mom was sick and later passed. Guess it doesn't matter. Okay then..

    As a company they have every right to select the best possible candidates to ensure they don't waste money. Someone with a terrible work history could be their best driver ever, but why should they take the risk if they have plenty of options? I'm not saying your work history is terrible, but someone with a very simple work history is less risk than someone with even one blemish that shows they care about family. It's business. They are able to pass the savings on into better training, better facilities, better trucks, better safety, and better pay, which in turn attract better candidates. That's just my guess.
