Why? If you haven't been paying attention, SP has been fighting for his life off and on for several months.

 

I did not know that and I am sorry that he is struggling.

But personal opinions do not change the fact that new rules are here. Whether you like the rules or not, you have to live by them. Or risk losing your CDL, if caught.

And no one should be forced to be illegal by any one else!

There's a thread on here called something like 'Update on Southern Pride' or something similar. I know Dino, who has been providing the updates, so I get them from him anyway. It's not been an easy time to say the least.

welcome to the real world... how the hell do you think all that stuff gets on the store shelves?

Besides how would you know? You don't even drive?

He's a steeringwheel holder teacher! He teaches these dunces how to do the wonderful things they do out here!

He claims that he's a great teacher and works at one of the better schools....It's obviously not the truth!

Southernpride is one of the most respected members of this forum...If you don't like the way he spells that's too bad....You just need to get over it!

I'd rather read through some of his posts with the spelling issues that are there than read some of the Bullshi+ on these forums that have no spelling or grammar mistakes but are chock full of misinformation!

 

How about if they make new rules, we fight them if we think they are unfair. I'm not ok with the new rules. I think safety is very important, but if the rule makers think they can change things to make it perfect they are wrong. I liked the old rules better. At least I could take a nap if needed. Now they force me to run my *** off. Not meaning to slam you at all, and I do agree you have to live by the rules or risk losing your cdl, but we need to stand up to these lawmakers. They make rules for the small percentage of unsafe drivers as blanket laws and it affects the rest of us. I don't need my hours cut. I get enough sleep now. I think they just want to make it easier to keep track of every one. Sure, cutting hours down to 8 driving would make it safer. Why not cut it down to 4 hours. That would make it even safer. When does it stop?
