I said it a year ago, huge bonuses headed our way.. Look for these bonuses to grow even larger, when freight picks up as the economy turns around.

The CSA is having an impact on some carriers. However, an economic turn around will devastate many carriers as 1000's of drivers bail to return to their old jobs.

How large will they go then?

They pad your paychecks with the so called bonus money so your bringing in what you should be earning consistently. Then when the bonus money's used up you're eat'n balony and peanut butter and can't afford to wash your dirty shorts. Of course by this time you're so broke you can't even afford to quit so you just hope and pray it gets better. They want you to bow to dispatch before you get decent work and good paychecks. It's all part of the Super High Intensity Training. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Well said...took the words outta my mouth. How bout paying your current drivers well enough that you don't have to replace them. I understand that some folks get into trucking and relize that it's not for them, but the drivers that are staying in it won't jump companies if the money is where they are. More CPM will beat ANY sign on bonus.

but all those recruiters and office people would be out of work...

while companies look at drivers as i can have 10 more to replace you tomorrow nothing will ever change..

sad thing is just a few years ago this was a good company to drive for but not any more

as for a sign on bonus, if you have to advertise it you are doing something really wrong

when you have drivers signing on that dont know you offer such bonus that says something
