Well Swift was going to do a hiring freeze it was reported. Especially after their last 2 weeks of carnage.

Just got home.

Check e-mails.

Check junk mail.

I always heard you had to be there for a few years to become an O/O. Or maybe that's for their self dispatch.

Anyway. There hiring freeze didn't last too long when xyz amount of drivers are fired or quit every day.

I did a lease right after school 3 weeks with trainer, 3 weeks second seat with CRE when I started almost 12 years ago.

I don't know if I can vote, because they dispatched me team loads, as many as I could handle, for 3 months, and I made a lot of money.
Doing it solo you might make $450 to $500 week.

I saw very early it needed to be some type of team operation to make good money, OR team miles.

But they dang sure gave 'em to me.

So I abstain.

The most important thing in being fleeced, isn't what they pay, it's what they take back.
