No worries, driver. I like your version of the HOS better. Too bad they don't work that way. BTW, stop quoting me if you don't want me to respond to you.

Have we ever thought that the regulators make rules for something they know nothing about except from those who have notified them, we have these rules because we never spoke up or paid a organization to do it for us. Start contacting your representaves in the government and give them positive ideas on how to make the hours of service work. If you send a bunch of negative junk they just ignore it and file it you know where. Try some massive contacts with many people contacting those who are supposed to work for us.

    DSK333 Thanks this.

I agree but the statists and sheeple will fight them too. Look at OOIDA and the NRA for example. I'm shocked at how many people are literally against them both. We have these rules because they were bought and paid for by SIGs, Lobbyists and the Megas who have the money to make it happen. The rich run this country (and the world for that matter). It's the brutal truth of the matter that we're all slaves. Some are just higher on the "freedom" list than others but we're all in the same boat whether we want to admit it or not.

Getting banned was the final solution back in the day. It wont be the first time I made use of it.

However I think if that was to happen today with some companies you probably stand to be fired with cause for that.

Not at receiver but a few shippers.

I didn't use if often, but my line was "you might load somebody's truck today, but it ain't going to be mine"
