    Yuck! Sysco? Back when I slammed doors, went to one of the LA locations with half a load of IBP. Small wood, segregated by pack date. That half load was #### near a 100 pallets. Half the day and a small fortune later, i got out of there.

    Yup I would much rather drive cars backwards up 12ft on two icey metal planks--then climb down around the ice and then try to ratchet down the icey chains--good thing I am barely qualified to slam doors and hang on to a steering wheel hopin for good weather--look at all the fun u have im missing out on-:':)|

    You find the gals, who call the beauty shop home,
    They'll be enamored of your lights and chrome;
    But I like the lady, unafraid to be sassy,
    Who digs the muscles from pulling chains on chassis!:biggrin_25522:

    I never understood why a driver would pay to have somebody else's freight taken off of their truck. They ordered it, they have it unloaded. It's very simple.

    If I had any idea I would be trading wit and wisdom a regular R.L. Stevenson--I would have respectfully surrendered before this started!

    Agree-Sysco is one of the worst. Think they are God. Wallyworld is another crap outfit-think you must kiss their ##### to haul their freight.

    Are you sure you were at Walmart. Walmart only charges $50 dollars whether its 1 pallet or the whole truck.

    Costco, Monroe Township NJ. 3/4 of a meat load rejected because, "It's mixed products on the pallets and we're not lunpers." Drivers aren't allowed on the dock. Those losers sure look like lumpers to me!

    ...waiting for sales and claims to sort it all out. Needless to say, Costco will never get another cent from me, AND in the future I won't ever accept another load bound for this place.
