How do you do that? You got to put 10 % down? Who's got that laying around
-
That was directed at china for suggesting 3 companies that claim to be good but in fact are the same raw deal as the majority of the others.
Sammons is the only one i have knowledge of where you have a decent chance of pulling it off IF you get your act together.
But again i must stress that the biggest problem is the things a person did to put them in a position that a lease purchase is their only option. Until that is addressed the chances of succeeding are very slim.Last edited: May 10, 2018

20% if it's your first one, and probably even if it's your second.

Lease Purchase is where you pay $234,112.37 for a $119,000.00 truck.
hyperliquidloser, polo king 92, Bean Jr. and 3 others Thank this. -
20% on my first one and since then have I have developed a solid relationship. Because of this, they don't even charge me a down payment anymore.
Building solid relationships like that take time, but are so worth it.Bean Jr., thelinedriver, Odin's Rabid Dog and 1 other person Thank this. -
More like 20%. And the people that have that laying around are those ones prepared to successfully purchase or lease a truck. Bad spending habits and poor financial planning is why folks don't have a down payment saved up. Those two things need fixed first.Space Truckin, redoctober83, Gearjammin' Penguin and 1 other person Thank this.

I need to borrow 10 grand -
Go to your local bank. If you have a reasonable ability to repay the loan combined with a history of honoring your debts then they will be happy to lend you the money. If you are denied it is because you either have a history of reneging on debts or do not have the ability to repay it.
