Well I agree to some degree, but not all people in financial struggle got there by their own deeds.
With in a three year span I buried my mom , my sister, two uncles and a grandmother, still paying for all that 6 yrs later, why? Because I am able to do so, since I work and make some money ; However, I am not able to put a large sum of money down, and or buy an older truck. Maintenance is something to consider on that end, and I'm sure that would break me as well.
lp, seems like low risk in some cases, and maybe not high Gaines, but maybe in the end own something, if you put your mind to it.

 

Yeah it's kind of funny, I have no debts, never needed to get into debt. Yet I have no credit, why? Well because I never tried to purchase something I couldn't pay for right then and there. Never lived above my means, now I'm 50 yrs old and starting to feel like that was a mistake, because for some awfull reason I now want to get into debt as that I can get better pay, so I can buy more stuff and get more debt so people (banks,and leanders) will think I'm now a decent freaking human being, and yeah that's as crazy as it sounds, but it is what every one is doing.
Honestly it doesn't make any since to go into any kind of debt,(morgage) or otherwise.

 

Seems like most of the scams come from Chicago area
