    If your not gonna run in cali then get a 2003 or older pre emissions truck. 1999 and older you wont have to go E logs!

    Off topic, but what would cause the ecm milage be higher than the odometer miles?

    2008 and 2009 are the worst. The best choice is up to 2003, then 2004-2007, then 2013-2016, then 2011-2012, then 2008-2010

    I was just trying to stay away from the DPF and DEF crap tho.

    Thats right, stay away from emissions trucks. Especially dpf/def. You see brand new trucks broke down on the interstate. How come? Emissions problems related to sensors in most cases. Can you imagine the tow bill and the cost at the dealer when the warranty is up? And then you gotta wait 2 or 3 weeks for them to even take a look at it. In alot of cases they just throw parts at it, charge you a bundle, and 100 miles down the road the check eng light is back on. 2003 or older is best imho. No emissions on them. Check out @Guntoter thread on his problems.
