    Likewise, I'm positive.
However, with permission, it IS in a good team's best interest to know and cover each other's weaker abilities.

    I don't care if it's a man/man, woman/woman, or one of each team teamin', --
the TEAM that'll have the MOST success is the TEAM that operates MUCH like a marriage.
    Give-N-Take.

And, even if y'all ARE doin' slightly more of the skilled maneuvers, a co-driver's personality counts too. A pleasing, friendly person who CAN do the backin' -- it just takes a tad longer -- just might be worth keepin'

    You KNOW what'cha got ---
Heaven only knows what'cha'll will GET.

Changin' co-drivers every 6 months can be a drag 'cause ya'll gotta go through the discovery process all over again.
There's a certain investment in time necessary for a GOOD team to gel.

A REALLY GOOD team ain't easy to assemble.

    It seems we already have!
Didn't you just tell us that you PASSED your CDL tests? :biggrin_25525: :biggrin_25523:

We couldn't stop you from doin' that.
Why should we think we could do it in the future? :biggrin_25513: :biggrin_2559:

But here's what we WILL do ----
    we'll report ---- YOU decide. :biggrin_25525: :yes2557: :biggrin_25523:

    Deal
    or
    No deal
    ?
