Ok guys since some of this known some not so much here goes.
diesel weighs 8.75 gallon so yeah if you suspect a heavy load you can help yourself some but will have to make more stops.
Fuel in the morning gains 1.2 mpg for sure!
Tonneau cover and deck deck plates gain 1 mpg
running naked tandems is gonna hurt mpg.
If no weight loss consider super singles they reduce overall weight about 200 lbs
and are more fuel efficient (check out Prime and some others)

If this will go. Here is cost per mile figures you can use
    plug your own in.
    1. Tags 1200 and 1200
    2.insurance 5.000 year
    3. truck payments etc 1200 month $14,400
now the fuzzy ones based on 1,000 miles week
Fuel at 6 mpg always figure this as loaded @ $2.75 gal $2750 wk =$143,000
    driver pay DO THIS .35 to .50 mile @ .42 = $42,000
    upkeep .25 mile =25,000
living on road $30 to $50 a day for at least 5 days =7800 @$30
Now add this up and divide by 52 then divide that by 7
as so This Total is $239,600 4607.70 wk 658.24 day added week ends to week cpm this one is 4.60 use your own numbers to get a real figure but that's how its done.

When doing math, always double check!

Your math is off. Recheck your fuel cost.

If you are doing 1K miles a week, you will use approx. 167 gallons @ 6mpg. That will be $460 in fuel per week or just under 24K per year.

I'm not quite sure what is the point of OP's post. Numbers are all over the place and don't make sense.

....and who in the world is buying $2.75 fuel, or even $2.67? The current national average is $2.582. Why would you buy at more than that?

Hot fuel is the theory. Fuel is cooler in temperature in the morning and warmer later in the day. Here's a brief:
BP Products North America Inc., ConocoPhillips Co. and Shell Oil Products US reportedly have agreed to settle lawsuits accusing them of cashing in on “hot fuel” – diesel and gasoline sold without adjusting the volume for temperature. Gasoline and diesel expand in warmer months, so a gallon of fuel in the summer contains less energy than what customers pay for at the pump.
