    Turnover rate is greatly exaggerated. It's not that high.
    Drivers quitting a company, then move on to another company. They're still truckers, but just job-hopping truckers. Think of playing musical chairs when you were in kindergarten.

    Some large company complains "We had 25 drivers quit." What is not said is those drivers quit and went to another company where, probably, the pay & benefits are better.
