I am not stupid for your information. Your posts have been all over and the only thing I can figure out is that you have a power issue. I suggest a solution with the zip tie... did you even try that? For someone to have 3 units with the same issue, leads me to believe the problem lies elsewhere.. No way you could have bought 4 units and all 4 DC Cords are bad... 1 ok, 2 maybe, 3 hum, 4 no way... so the problem lies back in how you power the units... I see this issue all the time... Instead of flaming me... take a picture of your dash and how you got it wired and located...

I asked you what the output of the DC cord that you are using,, did you reply to that?? I have no idea what power output the cords you are using. Many people buy other cords from truck stops and use the USB bullet chargers,,, so again... let's get back to basic's and give me the information I asked for.

You said the 720's have software issues, is the issue related to power or actual software? I asked you what kind of SD Cards you have in them. The incorrect SD Card will cause routing issues, which might lead you to think it is software. Yet you continue to demeanor me.

This is a thread, you have an issue, I have given suggestions and I have asked for information, yet all you do is demeanor me.

I offered to look at all your devices also with no charge to you. Do you even think about that?

 

i've been through 2 730's so far, i love the product but it constantly freezes and crashes, or the screen goes a solid color, and loses GPS a lot, i think its more hardware quality control than anything, im interested in the 740 but am pretty wary to invest another $400

What this guy is saying is totally true, every gps that I have bought has broke. This last one is a RandMc 730 I bought in August and now it turns on and off randomly' is that spelled rite.

 

All these gps's break I know because I'v owned them all.

 

I need some help.. My 730 gave me a message that program memory is low and I clicked to convert storage memory but it will not let me press OK. Basically frozen and my dock is on my computer at home. Any suggestions?

 

Had two of them freeze and totally locked within weeks of ownership returned both to T/A where I bought them. The manger told me that they are worst one they sell and get returned broke more then any other GPS unit out there. So I got a garmin no more problems been very happy with it.
