I did, but figured a response would be more appreciated due to you asking me if I read other post to weigh the pro's and con's.
I myself kept getting a nav error message no matter what I did. I would like to see it work in the future but as for now, it is returned and I will wait to purchase it again once the bugs are worked out.

Agreed. I have been running the 730 since the week it came out. I can say with authority it is a lousy device. Totally unreliable.

Post 67 - please read and also read the support thread. 3322 version has a known issue and it has been fixed. It was not found till after the version was released. It is in QA being tested.

I do not know how many times I have posted this in the last 3-4 weeks. No need to keep on referring to a issue that has been fixed.

Sorry, but RM is not the only company that has electronic devices that have an issue found after the fact. Look at all the car recalls. My 2014 GC Overland has had 3 recalls in the past month.

Nothing is perfect. Coding is not perfect. Hardware is not perfect.

The issue was found, fixed, and is being tested. I do not control QA for RM and I do not control the release of a software version for RM.

Let me know where the FM issues are so I can have the restrictions verified.

The three roads that you gave me have no restrictions by OH DOT.

The latest data from KY DOT lists Lebanon Rd/34 weight restricted through to Danville, but becomes open to legal weights as it becomes Lexington Rd at the opposite end.

This has been verified and is correct in the latest set of maps (in testing phase).

That's cool. I'm tired of hearing my qual-comm throw the "you are on a restricted route" warning at me when ever I am delivering there. RM didn't "scream errors" at me but did try to route it wrong. Thanks for all your help

Mark it's quite common. I'll get you some specific ones tomorrow when i head out. in my layman's head i think it's because the first couple hundred feet up to tenth of a mile there usually aren't restrictions. get past that though and there are.

Sometimes the Lat/Long of the restriction is placed wrong and if that is the case the restriction can be moved to where it should start.

As soon as you get me that info I can research it.

    Thanks,
    mark
