Thinking about Crete

    Hey guys, Im about to enroll at my local community college for the truck drving program. I've already started to gather a list of potential companys I would like to work for and I believe Crete is at the top of that list now. Of what I read they run alot of SE runs, and also have a terminal about 10 min from my home in greensboro. Just thought I'd get yalls thoughts on this company as a starter company and the company as a whole.

    I also am looking at Crete to start my driving career with. I have been researching and gathering info on them for a while now and I like what I hear. I have already check out one of their schools that they accept from and the lady at the school told me Crete is one of her favorite companies that hires from their school. I also talk to a girl from Crete recruiting and she was very helpful and answered all my question which pretty much agree with what i have heard from most drivers.

    Make sure your schoolis PTDI certified, or Crete will probably not hire from them. Good luck on your journey.

    you going to DCCC? i'm starting there march 14 for a career change....or is it midlife crisis? still haven't decided yet. DCCC is on thier list of approved schools......seems to be one of the more solid companies from what i've read but it's going to be a brave new world lol pretty sure there's going to be alot of things found out the hard way even with all the last year worth of research i've put into it
