My partner and I are thinking about going to Celadon.
Can someone give me the scoop on how teams do with this company?
We were told you are out for 14 days and home for 2.
Also that there is a mileage bonus if you hit 17,000 miles per month, of 6 cents per mile.
Well that sounds a little weird because if they are giving you the loads, you would easily make over 17,000 miles a month.
I know of another company where the "mileage bonus" is just an excuse for them not to pay you the bonus because, each month as you get near the bonus mark you stop getting loads.
Any team driver who can give me the scoop on Celadon would be appreciated.
Also I understand they go to Canada a lot. Is this a requirement or an option?
