Thinking about getting my own authority; have questions

No it won't, if your the driver they get to sue both your llc and you personally.

LLC, S-corp, C-corp etc are tax shelters.

They do squat for you in a civil or criminal matter as an O/O of a one-truck show.

 

llc does not help in taxes or so my accounting firm says,let someone do all the paper work you will need tax deductions,and yes you can make good money,dont let anyone kid you

 

Just got my authority, first thing is to make sure you have some money in the bank or access to some funds. Starting your LLC depending on which state is usually between $100 to $350 dollars and on top of that you have to file annually or sometimes quarterly with the state. So as mentioned before its up in the air about starting a LLC more headaches on top of what your already going to have. It is definitely a lot easier to get a third party to do all your paperwork for you. I used financial integrity group out of GA. It was pretty painless. They charged @850 for filing my authority, my NY,NJ, KY permits, my drug consortium and filing my BOC3. OOIDA helped me a lot to (not to advertise)
