Hello,
I have been thinking about Millis as a place to start. They have their training institute in Cincinnati, Ohio ( 5 hours from home) they advertise $500 upfront cost and an employment contract. They advertise on their website a home time promise. At any rate, if I could be o.k. with 3 weeks out on the road, and in return get 4 and 1/2 days uninterrupted home time off, I think that would be a decent trade off, IF the miles during the 3 weeks OTR are decent. Any thoughts from Millis experts? Please any input would be great. Thank you !

im not a millis expert, but if they promise hometime on their website, ask them to put it in writing on paper, how long is their contract for?

I trained with Millis at the Trenton term about 4 yrs ago. Good company hometime is in writing by the way. If they don't get you home when you requested you get an extra .05 cents mile. i got home every other fri and left on monday morning. Only reason I left was got a great local job or would still be there.
