Thinking about starting company, buying a truck and hiring a driver.

4 years ain't half bad.

 

pretty sure no driver will do 100k miles and only spend 44k in FUEL not GAS.....Id guess more like 55 to 60k. but I also wouldn't put 12k a year in saving on a brand new truck and trailer. 6k a year would be plenty. so that kinda averages it pretty close to your numbers.

This new Freightliner Cascadia Evolution has on average 9 mpg. Probably less than that but I found on YouTube guy who is clamming 10 mpg.
But ok I can agree little more should be added on Fuel expanses (take from Miscellaneous) and that should be it

 

Here's how my Dispatcher got started in the Trucking side, btw he's was 21 when started. he purchased a Used truck and leased it onto the company he was dispatching for / hired several driver's till he found me, payed me 1099.

his deal w/ company, dispatched truck, paid a percentage to company for being leased to and trailer fee included, that number is 28% of gross after fuel / insurance, We split the Net after fuel / ins. / company %. hope this helps you out.
