Thinking of becoming a trucker-need liberal rider program

It's the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0. Its a yr and 3 mo old, now, and it doesn't like to do certain things I ask it to anymore. Like I usually have to scroll the page slightly b4 it will let me click a link, and even then, it may take 1 or 2 sec to respond. And then there was the memory fiasco! #### thing almost quit working when it was "running out of memory" even tho there's a barely used 15GB SD card sitting in the slot. I had to factory reset and only reload a few select apps. We are truly walking down the 'slaves to the machine' path...

 

Ummmmm... Go hit the XDA Developers forum, find the subforum for your device, and search for the solution. I had to root my phone to get apps to the SD card, and pics/music,but it worked. They'll also have replacement OS's that work better than the original, and solve your problems.

As for the image issue, I think that was Chrome/google's fault for changing search yet again, I had to fight to get that image.

 

Kind of a crazy thought, but what if she set up a playpen on the bunk and strapped it in with that net you are supposed to use when sleeping in a team? That way the kid is able to move around in a "safe environment" and I don't know what dot standards are for child restraints, but kids don't need to be strapped in in a motor home or school bus.

 

The way the truck rides makes me unhappy after weeks out on the road, and I am a grown ### man.

Your baby is going to be crying like crazy and unless you are eminem's mom you will stop 217 times each trip. You will probably be late for most appointments.

 

I had a 6 and a 3 year old in the truck for 6 days. No problems. The worst part was when my 6 year old woke up at 2am, needing to pee, and I had to carry both across the truck stop (the big TA in Corian, CA) with the little one screaming, because he didn't want to be awake. Other than that it was great. (Note this was not company approved, I was on my to turn the truck in).

 

Maybe if you had another adult in the truck it would be doable.
