All I can say is my milage has been droping,aa have my friends that work in conway truckload. It isn't for a lack of working, bad attitude, etc ect, been 6to7 weeks on the road and it is not paying

I don't have "supreme knowledge," I just use proper grammar and I don't post about things I know nothing about, like some do.

And it's not having "supreme knowledge" to know the names and positions of the management team at one's company and to keep up with changes in that chain of command. That's just basic knowledge for those who care enough to learn such things. So, while my knowledge is not "supreme", it does appear to be " superior" to yours.

Bottom line, if you're not happy at Con-way Truckload, go somewhere else and see how it is there.

Or work to do something about it. But posting your whining about not getting miles on this forum is not going to help you get more miles. So, talk to someone at Con-way who can do something about it, live with it, or go somewhere else.

There is probably a dozen drivers lined up to take your seat. So, if its not working for you, move on!

Mitrucker is seeing the same sight picture I am. Surfer Joe has been a sour poster about Conway for a while. It doesn't work for everybody, and most people don't like to accept blame, they prefer the blame goes somewhere else. While willing to accept any success, naturally.

I drove for Conway Truckload for about 3 months, and earned good income on good miles, about 3,000/month not working that hard. That's only 500/day for 6 days, if anyone wants help with somemore advanced mathematics, Cargo. :)

You can check this, I think CTL is starting drivers at $.36 with truck, trailers, and pay every Friday. Not bad. If you like working, you can get 10 - 11K miles/month, and that's, let's see, Cargo, 12x10,500x$.36 = X. More than $34K for sure. I've driven 125K/year for 3 years with Conway, not on purpose, it just seems to work out, but I take a lot of days off, work maybe 3 weeks/month. I like to run on the recap, since I don't like stopping and counting minutes until I can legally roll again. Thinking of jumping back into the paper log pool, and roll more miles per month with less waiting around for the clocks to tick.
