To the OP, a bit of advice ... unless you are talking to an accountant who can run the right numbers for you, then forget it. You will eventually see that the amount of money you put into the lease will outweigh the amount of money you would put into a new truck. The lease option is great for companies and for people who have a solid established work, not for someone who wants to break into being an owner.
Your best option is to drive for another year, save up down payment and get a good used truck. -
You really need to do a LOT of more homework...this forum can be of help, but read the post already on it before you ask for help.....

First, I am not currently a trucker and have no road miles under my belt, BUT I see a big red flag here.
I see 2-3 year old trucks for sale for ~$70,000 ... I am not sure I could justify giving $70k away in a lease vs buying a rig and owning it out right in one year... Free and Clear... Assuming one cannot make the numbers work for a payoff within one year, one could spread the purchase out over 3 years... Keep more in your packet each year or for repairs, and still own the rig free n clear after three years.
even if one could get the miles/rates to make this work over the next year, not sure it's the best route to go.
just my two cents worth...
stay safe
