Join OOIDA, NASTC or other organization that helps O/O. There are many other companies that will help you become compliant with FMCSA. Too many things to list and not something that can be done on a posting forum. You will need contracts, random drug program and couple of other things that under 26K don't require.

I have a question ... why?
I am not trying to be a smart***** but the added headache may not be worth the effort. Just crafting the contract will take at least a few hundred if not a grand to get right and the management of things like escrow and records can be a big pia. -
OH Boy..

You need to think about what the kind of owner op that would be willing to work under your authority is going to end up doing to your company's CSA scores and reputation.

Do you have any idea how much trouble us O/O’s are? We don’t like rules and we don’t listen because we know it all. And we’re ready to argue about it!
I wouldn’t do it.BoyWander and Intothesunset Thank this.
