    Slap up some drywall and build a driver's break room. Require drivers to wait there. The expense is far less than the incoming wrongful death suit.

    Now Walmart DC's make you take pictures of your chocked tires and disconnected tractor and bring them to the CRO for them to check out before unloading.

    Winco foods doesn’t give you the BOL until all unloading has occurred. Someone clearly dropped the ball here.

    MONEY
    Willing to bet that the usual safety training went by the wayside as part of that savings.

    The majority of warehouse workers work for the lumper service, not the company who has the DC. If I recall Winco used Capstone at the ones I’ve been to, but I could be remembering incorrectly, it’s been a few years.
