It appears to have been a sleeper pulling the container. Both it's driver and "passenger" were killed. The driver of a passenger car has been charged with OUI.

"State Police say the accident occurred shortly after 6 a.m. this morning after Torres stopped her Dodge Caliber SUV on the right shoulder of the northbound lanes of I-95 between exits 9 and 10.

According to Trooper Matthew Satkowski, who spoke with reporters at the scene, Torres then drove into the right lane and struck a tractor-trailer traveling in that lane. Satkowski said the SUV then swerved left, struck the center median, and then was "t-boned" by the truck.

The cab of the truck's tractor burst into flames, incinerating its two occupants."
