    Driver was preparing to make a U-turn on US 69 in southern Oklahoma just north of the scales.. The truckstop at Durant by the Choctaw casino was apx 2 miles further down the road BTW

    Yes he was waiting for oncoming traffic to stop which wasn’t gonna happen at that time of day and that came off of my dash cam as I went past him

    Looks like he was in the turn lane……waiting on traffic…….it can get busy through there. Certainly a place for caution but…..

    This stupid thing about it was there was no way as heavy as traffic was at that time he was gonna be able to do that safely. He could’ve went 2 miles down the road made the exit and come back under the overpass where the truck stops at by Choctaw safely…
