Yes, lol as I passed 4 drivers leaving out gate on my way in. I was warned about management at this DC before I transferred, should have listened
This has been a bad year at Walmart.

She is no sweet old lady , trust me Driver.. She is a royal B . She is famous in our region, notorious for giving drivers a hard time, she's been getting away with it since early 90's. Many Drivers have reported her to Bentonville to no avail. I too was warned about this DC AND HER before I transferred in. But no, I wanted to have a 50 mile drive to work versus 225 miles.

Here we Drivers are trying to dodge mandatory extensions just to have a little time with family.. Meanwhile the GTM forcing drivers to extend will be home for Thanksgiving carving turkey and cramming mashed potaters n gravy down his throat. And watching Football afterwards. Life is good
foggy Thanks this. -
It's all the coordinators, support staff and such, no overtime. But drivers are exempt, push them to their limit. They will quit, or snap and get canned. Either way their goal of forcing out the "Expensive" guys is met. Bring in more .38 specials
Just hold on loosely
But don't let go
If you cling too tightly
You're gonna lose controlroadranger550, drvrtech77, foggy and 3 others Thank this. -

You walk straight to the back office and tell that SOB GTM next time you're leaving over BS like that and they won't ever ask you to extend again. Right now with everyone quitting they need you more than you need them.ChevelleRednReady Thanks this.
