Blame your company. Those fairings are not required on pup trailers. Only 53' or longer box trailers.

The Tractor-Trailer GHG regulation (sections 95300 to 95312, title 17, California Code of Regulations) requires owners of affected 53-foot or longer box-type trailers to install aerodynamic technologies on their trailers.
This is another reason why the california know-it-alls should mind their own business......

i would like to see more documentation on this, not because i don't trust your judgement----the Guidance Packet is good proof already; i'm just being judicial about it. Also, i wonder if there might have been some recent rules changes?; The packet was published in 2012. -
i should have noted in the first post that to the left is the street and to the right is the dock which is angled downwards too. -
You would be surprised how much those skirts flex... Unless its -20°F outside.
