Yes they had really good food there.. Their pork tenderloins were some of the biggest I have ever had.. it covered the whole plate.. it was a nice place too

The mineral wells truck stop in Mineral wells West Virginia used to be a good stop. The Lee hi, whites and Davy Crockett were all good before they became T/A’s. Noble’s in tallapoosa. The Queen City in meridian, ms.

	Have they still got that single long table down the center in the driver only section? I haven't been there since the '80s, but it was always my stopping point when I ran Maine and New Brunswick, food and service was top notch. There used to be a little bar in the basement of the white house hotel next door too...John E. Thanks this.

I don't remember exactly where it was on I-40 between Knoxville and eastern North Carolina, but Buckhorn had a truck stop with good food and ALWAYS gave me a free shower when I asked to buy a shower.
