The u-turn crash in Florida was from a dude that couldn't speak English and had California CDL.
So there goes that bogus claim California denies handing out cdls to people that don't speak English.
As far as Florida goes nice try changing the subject. This is a problem Nationwide but California is doing nothing to fixed it.
At least Florida now has added checkpoints for ICE
This is more the reason for California to have their authority to issue cdl’s revoked

Trucking Jobs in 30 seconds
Every month 400 people find a job with the help of TruckersReport.

And how many of them just make that up? When they are really just coming here to steal our jobs.
-
Ca
That dude did speak English. He passed an inspection in New Mexico prior.
See what I mean about spreading misinformation? -
Lol, please tell me where they are and when they’re actually going to do what Dopey said they were going to do.
I have been through just about every weigh station and AG dozens of times but never see any action.
AG attendant’s just playing on their phones and waving everyone through.
Weigh stations that ignore me when I’m pushing 80k but have to put me on the scale when I’m empty, Lol
Ice ain’t coming to Florida to man checkpoint’s that was just bluster from our dopey governor.
What he was really saying is that maybe FHP will do the actual job they’ve been already getting paid for..FHP is our border patrol..dual responsibility. Just a fun fact for the day
Numb Thanks this. -
You have got to he trolling at this point.
2 out of 12 for correct for English proficiency.
Also could only identify 1 out of 4 road signs.
Florida has already started illegal with the arrests.

Not in this case.
California upgraded this guy's license from an intrastate only license to an interstate license when he turned 21. This was after the new restrictions went into effect. Gavin is claiming it's the federal government's fault because they approved the guy's work permit. A work permit is not an approval for a CD though. -
“New Mexico a month before the deadly Florida crash, shows Singh complying with a police officer's instructions and speaking in English.”
-
If he really wanted to prove the whole English thing he wouldn't have had a translator in court.

That’s cute that they even made a sign for the “crackdown” and by the looks of it they even caught someone..finally.
I haven’t seen that sign anywhere so it must have been made specifically for the photo op..look at us, lol. One illegal (they’re called illegal regardless of actual facts so..) Will they show the ones they catch from Florida or just blue state offenders? Never mind, I already know the answer
But seriously, where are these ice checkpoints..haven’t seen one yet.
So U-Turn idiot was tested for English post crash? With a test that wasn’t even approved yet? By an actual fmcsa agent?
Something doesn’t sound right here…
Nonetheless, one would expect anyone to fail such a test under the circumstances. I can’t even imagine the amount of stress that driver was under knowing that he just killed 3 people from his stupidity. No I’m not making excuses for the guy but stress can and does cause memory blackout. Probably wasn’t the best time to test the guy.
No problem with English in NM (video evidence) -
Well that’s just an ignorant statement on your part. Only a fool wouldn’t have a translator present.Numb Thanks this.
