True but once they scamper off one helicopter follows who now? Most they get is 1 maybe and that’s California where they don’t have money to pay for their public servants let alone have them do detective work when no one got hurt.

I like the videos where they either smash into the parked cars or the spectators. Do stupid games win stupid prizes.

So you think that between CHp and LAPD theres only 1, Don't look on top of Parker Center. Burbank / Glendale have 3 NOTARS alone. In any case it wont go on long.

Lately in recent years the preferred weapon of choice has also been the AStar.
    Eurocopter AS350 Écureuil - Wikipedia
These helicopters have been in production for over 45 YEARS-partly because it’s a versatile platform:Sightseeing, utility, ambulance, drug interdiction, law enforcement, helicopter gunship-this type has seen it all, done it all!!
I know San Bernardino Sheriffs have a least a couple in their inventory,I’ve seen those flying around over Ontario and Jurupa Valley looking for people. Once those infrared sensors and cameras fitted on those copters get a lock-on to a target-that’s it!!

In either case your not going to out run them. In the old days back say early 80's some of our turbo'd motorcycles would out run the Bell 47's I think was some where near 100. the bike could not out run the Motorola or GE Radio however.

I live next to Van Nuys airport. LAPD has 3 or 4 helicopters there. You can see them from Vanowen street.

Yup they do have a lot, question is are they willing to use the resources to go after them? No it’s been going on for a long time, they haven’t made a dent in it and know they can’t so they choose not to. They do however send patrol cars If they are in The area sometimes.

I was involved in one of these displays and 15 minutes it took for any cops to show up.
