    isn't 21 the minimum age for cdl. and most companies want at least 23.

    85 to 150 is an EXTREME exxageration. so is 25 - 38 per hour for rookies.

    only have to be 18 to get a CDL your just restriced to Intra State driving. This sounds like BS to me but if its oil field related i can see those numbers....and the 18-65 makes sense too. Still probably just a bunch of BS though.
