if a CB operator, can get on the air, without a license, that means it is free to air, and a ham radio operator has to pay for his license every year, who is really on the hobby band
This is *WHY* one must not "Blend" Amateur Radio with "CB"

When you receive a license for ANYTHING from Government, it is also a contract to behave in a specific manner. Drivers' licenses, permits to carry concealed weapons, business licenses- all of these have penalties for violating the laws that come with them.
Maybe Mr Torres would like to live in Mexico, it will be much easier to argue with his family and friends when he's closer. -
2) 100% of CBers have a FCC license go read the rules .....
Sec. 95.404 (CB Rule 4) Do I need a license?
You do not need an individual license to operate a CB station. You
are authorized by this rule to operate your CB station in accordance
with the rules in this subpart.
( A blanket license ... )

No wonder some truckers up to get the Tweak and Peak with there CB and Get a Liner Amp. I am thinking of getting a Mobile Multi band Radio to talk to wife and check in on HF Nets No drop call to wife
