    If it makes u feel better i got my mirror tailswinged by jb hunt at iowa 80 walcott truckstop of all places , where theres like 700 square miles to manuever.. Luckily my mirrors pivot both directions... if it wasnt for that , he wouldve torn it right off ..

    From what I’ve seen usually it’s the drivers that don’t slide their tandems AT ALL after unloading that cause the biggest headaches. And when they try to park into a close quarters spot that’s when the mayhem ensues.

    Yes if the tandems are all the way to the rear it can create a night mare for someone who cant back up very well... Especially in tight quarters.

    Their SAFER/SMS record isn’t anything to write home about either!!! Their OOS rate is atrocious-they get roadside inspections just about everywhere they go!:eek: They’ve gotten nailed with Level 1 inspections in my home state (Massachusetts) and up there you have to do something really F’d up to get the “Staties” undivided attention-and if or when that happens,said driver is screwed!

    I was backed into by a local casino shuttle bus at the Sapp Bros in Council Bluffs. Truck was brand new. Lost my headlight, and got scraped up. Hit by a bus. In truck stop parking. I still don't understand it.
