    My wife uses WD40 sometimes on her laundry. She sprays the grease spots on my clothes with it and they usually all come out.

    Yes it a water displacement, like ya said it is not good for rust or a lubricant.

    It ain't cheap, I want to say roughly $10/can.
    It's also very messy if you touch it after application, like 5th wheel grease only thinner. I only use it where I don't get near it. That's the last thing I need to track into a new car!
