Looks like they're looking for work if they're on craigslist. Nobody will probably hire them, and nature will soon take it's course.

Ah I understand now. If their scores are high, they won't be put out of business, but you can rest assured the feds will be in touch with them if they haven't already. They'll be given time to get their act together, but if they show no improvement, then they'll be dealt with a little more forcibly.

CSA is a joke........if a company can pay the fines, they're good to go.

for real guys, check out the website and look at the timelines. And let's face it, this is going to take a long time to make any real changes.

The only change i can see it making is that it will be harder to get a job if you have points on your csa if its your fault or not (bad company equipment). That just means companies will hire someone with no experiance because they have no points and fire anyone with points.

Bring on the truck aimers :biggrin_25513:

I think that good companies will look at the stuff in your PSP to determine if you are a good driver or not. If they see a lot of issues that are equipment related and you list the reason for leaving as bad equipment they'll probably take a chance on you. While you points do follow you, they do not go onto a new carrier and likewise even if the company fires someone they still carry those points until they drop off. So for real don't rely on word of mouth, go to the CSA.FMCSA.DOT.GOV website and educate yourself.
