You never referred me to a site. If you did I missed it. Link please?
You also don't seem to get that even if you gave me a link to a site that I am not going to be able to go look at their investigations.
I think you are trolling. Nobody is this dense. I have family members in law enforcement.
Investigations ARE NOT PUBLIC.
This is a very weak defense of Fine Tune CB saying you can't find some investigation, because you WON'T find it and you know it.
You have a case number. You have a phone number. You have an email address.
YOU say that you won't accept anything as proof and you have a way to verify it everything I have posted here.
Go make the call. Go send the email. Don't take my word for it. Go straight to the NM AG.
But you won't because then you can't argue anymore.
Here you go. right on their official page. READ THE COMMENTS:
On March 22nd... - New Mexico Office of the Attorney General
I guess comments on the OFFICIAL NM attorney general's page from the NM AGs account is not proof either.
I an going to bet I already know your answer. It's just another hoax right? Fine Tune CB haters took over the NM AG page and that the AG is just "letting" them conrol it to post whatever they want........

That antenna trick cost me my job in the end. The boss sent me out to recover a load of asphalt up on the coquihalla highway. It was late December and the load had been stranded there for 18 days. I don’t have to tell you guys that asphalt will set up pretty good when the cold winds of December are howling up on the coq. Anyways I had a tri drive iveco at the time. I hooked to the trailer and idled up so my alternator was putting out about 14.9 volts. I opened the hatch on the trailer and stuck my 102” steel whip in the asphalt I climbed back down and dead keyed the mic. I watched the volt meter drop to about 12.4 then 12.3 then 12.2 and all of a sudden a flame shot out of the man hole on top of the trailer. Ended up burning the whole shooting match to the ground. The clean up cost the boss a fortune and iveco decided to pull out of the North America market because of all the bad press.

It was several years ago when @Jubal Early Times texted me "911!" I called and asked him what was wrong. He told me that he was sitting empty in the port, and a heavy hauler had blown his motor. The guy had threatened to beat up Jubal if he didn't deliver the D8 dozer for him.
Jubal says to me that he will be north of 120k lbs and he doesn't know what to do about the scales. Fortunately I was going to a keydown in a Toyota Prius. I had a Tennesse Walker tube amp with a Texas star 350 driver. I met Jubal on I20 at a truck stop and we got to work.
Jubal's prostar had enough frame rail exposed to where I could mount the tennessee walker amp and get enough ground. When we got to the scales, I was in the bypass lane with the Prius and the coax running from my cobra 29 with dial a watt control to the Texas star 350 and the other coax out my passenger window connected to the tube amp on his frame.
I knew from experience that to manipulate the electronic scales I would need about a 1500 Watt carrier from the tube amp to make the scale show 80k lbs instead of 120k, so I put about a two watt dead key into the Texas star. That got me a little over 1600 watts, which then interfered with the scale and showed 80,400 lbs. (Texas Star variables are finnicky) The scale master then told Jubal to park.
When he walked inside, the scale master told him he was 400 lbs over gross. Jubal being the quick thinker pointed to the tube amp and said "I've got an APU behind the cab" so he believed it and let him go. From that point on in the trip, we just ran a 200 foot piece of coax from the Prius back to his truck and I would deadkey as he went over the weigh in motion scales and he got the bypass. The loss from the 200 feet of coax brought the carrier to 1500 watts on the money. All in all it was a good trip.
Here was the truck.
