    I already agreeded with that. What does that have to do with commercial use? You know, the post you actually replied to.

    Any proof of this?

    The FCC isn't going to respond to an 'Online petition', you have to all make complaints about his actions, and do so with evidence. After enough complaints, they will do something. In addition one thing people can do is ask their ELECTED OFFICIAL to help with some action, cite safety concerns, and so on.

    It was in a YouTube video. Some guy had it up on his computer screen. Not sure of it’s legit.

    Another guy showed how Mark cut up his video to make him look stupid.

    He can't do that either. It is illegal to advertise any business on CB radio.

    He is committing all 4 bolded offenses.

    § 95.413 (CB Rule 13) What communications are prohibited?

    (a) You must not use a CB station—

    (1) In connection with any activity which is against federal, state or local law;

    (2) To transmit obscene, indecent or profane words, language or meaning;

    (3) To interfere intentionally with the communications of another CB station;

    (4) To transmit one-way communications, except for emergency communications, traveler assistance, brief tests (radio checks), or voice paging;

    (5) To advertise or solicit the sale of any goods or services;

    (9) To communicate with, or attempt to communicate with, any CB station more than 250 kilometers (155.3 miles) away;

    As a HAM radio operator for almost 2 decades I'm intimately familiar with FCC laws regarding use of radio transmissions. All the same rules apply to HAM as apply to CB, it's just with HAM you have to have a license to transmit, CB you don't. HAM doesn't have the distance rule, number 9.

    Yeah, and he complies with 5 mins on 1 min off when he goes “back to the bench”.

    Doesn't exactly matter what he's interrupting, just that he's violating many of the rules and being a menace to anyone trying to use CB in their daily lives.

    drivingmissdaisy and Timin770 Thank this.
