Up to them to go through what they need to in order to recover their losses....So you believe everything on the net you read....
What me to go say something about you be it true or not??
How many who sit and read it will believe it and how many will cry bs...
If the man stole from them and didnt get anything for their $ then thats all their own fault...There are courses of action that can be naved to solve it...Instead some will just say #### no matter what...
My experieces as i said were fairly timely and got what was ordered....If the outcome wasnt positive i woulda said my piece, gone through the channels to deal with it.

I wouldn’t be crazy enough to buy an overpriced CB from someone that limits their you tube comments to only his followers, while everywhere else more people have the same story of being scammed by the guy.
It’s the same reason I don’t stay at hotels/resorts with bad ratings, nor seek out food poisoning from poorly rated restaurants, nor attend Peter popoff’s ministry events. A scammer is easily spotted.
Seems you took the bait and spent around $2100 for maybe 50-60 miles at best? That’s about $35 per mile.Timin770 Thanks this. -
So all of the sudden words don’t mean what they say?
In addition to your word salad, you then tried to minimize the complaints? 2.5 stars out of 5 isn’t good. A customer not getting a refund by the seller that took their money, but the credit card company having to step up to do it isn’t good either. -
Here's a tip. Don't piss off the entire nation by hogging the limited bands available for CB every day. Especially don't do it on the DESIGNATED CHANNEL for highway traffic. The rules state no further communication than 255 km. And it looks like some people are finally FO after FA. $25,000 fine for CB operator this year.RockinChair, Timin770 and Vampire Thank this.

Oooh, so now it’s the customers fault that they trusted this supposed business man, gave him their hard earned money for a product they never received and because it was too late for them to make a claim (the so called courses of action you say….which mind you are no longer possible based upon the length of time it took for that trust to wear off)….yup, shame on that consumer. It’s all their fault they got robbed by hard drive.Timin770 Thanks this.

Those who can do,those who cant whine and find excuses. -
Its up to the customer to whom they do biz with....If service is not good then they have a recourse....If they dont excerise it by waiting to long then its on them....As a business person its a bad practice for sure but it all starts with the consumer..
