WIth an electronic computer controlled engine I don't believe the throttle can stick. If the fuel system is sucking air it will create a sympton similiar to the throttle sticking. The engine will not want to idle down. Check the fuel system to make sure that it is not sucking air.

RPM does not drop at all or doesn't drop all the way?
Before or after you've pulled out of gear?

If pressing the clutch works to bring it down does it feel the same as when you use the clutch to take the truck off high idle?

    Cruise control?

Remember when they sold throttle sticks at truckstops?

I remember they were chrome and had red rubber tip.
