Ticket

    :biggrin_25519:Got a ticket for no headlights at 745 am in the fog had a short in the wiring i got it fixed went to court and told the judge about the problem and he dismissed the case i am dam lucky and i have 0 points allot of drivers would have not went to court but its well worth it to at least try depending how far its away.

    I agree with you 100% as it never hurts to see what can be done. The worse thing the judge can do is say no and reject your case.

    That's good. Usually if you fix problems, even stuff like no insurance, the judge will dismiss it.

    If you got an inspection though, it doesn't matter what you do, it's going on your CSA2010. They don't forgive.

    even though it was an equipment violation, it would of still been 0 points, but a hit on your CSA score I think would of been worse :biggrin_25513:
