I had to have a lawyer expunge all my tickets off of my driving record because no company would take me in there training program so i can get my c.d.l. My question once my lawyer is done, when the companys run my m.v.r. Will they still be able to see those tickets even though they are off my driving record, i know the companys go through outside companies to run background&m.v.r's...

I cant say that about a DWI or other such driving reports being masked because DWI is considered a serious misdemeanor at least, not an infraction, unless it involves harm to another person or its your third or fourth one, then its a felony offense, and murder one if someone gets killed, in some states.
Perhaps someone else here knows better then I. It may vary by state, but since its a CDL you want to have, it wont vary too much by federal law. -
Wow u need a lawyer to expunge ur driving record , that's a first for me . But I got mine expunged two years ago and as long as u have three years with no citations u can have it expunged for free.

From what I have heard and read over the years, that may be true for a regular car license, but when dealing with things like open containers of alcohol, drugs/booze, DWI and excessive speeds (like 90-100 MPH +) it becomes much more serious and the judge may deny an expungement for those more serious driving matters. One might need an attorney for that. -
i'm in the process of sealing an 11yr old dui from my record . i filed a motion , petition , and an order . went in front of the judge where the dui was committed and he has signed the order to seal . i have recieved copies and had them certified by the court clerk . i now am doing the foot work giving copies to the sheriffs office ( police dept ) that made the arrest and to state criminal conservatory for removal from my record . the state sends it to the fbi to have it taken care of there . i'm now waiting for a confirmation letter telling me all has been completed which can take up to 6 mo. i've been working really good with the state and hopefully this will happen quicker . sealing works for most checks , brady law can see and so can gaming controll and anyone who wants to go through the process which is probly in front of a judge , u probly have to have a good reason , can see it . in nevada u can't expunge but can pardon . my understanding is expunge means it is not there anymore and i believe that has to go in front of the gov. , state supreme ct , and the attorney general . good luck
. my request for pardon ( other matters ) got turned down for now they'll recheck but can't reapply for another year . at dmv your driving record never leaves there are time frames that once passed dmv dosn't reveal the info anymore . it is still there . every state has different rules , statutes and applications . try finding a paralegal they're cheaper than an attorney . that's my story , a rough overview .

thanks for the replys.......i found out from my lawyer, basically its gonna look like i never recieved the tickets. I checked my driving record and there nothing on there. I got the tickets in a car,..i only had like 6seat belt tickets, 2speeding, failure to signal, disregard to traffic signal, 2 improper tickets.....lol...yea i know a bunch of tickets right, they are all old, i was young at the time and was a lil careless...but $1000 later and my record is expunged....cleared...like i never got them...im from indiana and they are pretty easy about gettin records expunged, i had got 2tickets in illinois, i had to motion them back up, i went in front of the judge with a letter i had wrote asking him to expunge the speeding ticket i got, he said illinois couldnt do it for sum reason but he was nice enough to drop it down to a seat belt violation...and i go back to court next month for the disregard, which im sure i will get the same outcome...then december im gonna apply back for central refrigerated and go through there training program and finish gettin my license, i have already had 4months of over the road exp. Teaming with my buddy, hes a owner operator. I have had a class a permit for bout 6months now... -
